Like I have said before, and I will repeat it again and again….

Ever since either as late as 2005 or as early as 2006, I have always wanted to create an epic thirty-six-hour or so Dexter’s Laboratory big screen story which will follow the entire journey of Dexter, a cartoon boy in a lab coat, Dee Dee, his cartoon sister in a ballerina tutu, and Mee Mee as well as Lee Lee, which are her Black and Asian friends—all on a very long Lord of the Rings-style walk through a world where dinosaurs roam still, and cartoon characters are real beings that co-exist side-by-side with living flesh and blood humans for good or ill—and from the time Dexter, Dee Dee, Mee Mee and Lee Lee set out on their very long walk all the way to Dexter, Dee Dee, Lee Lee and Mee Mee’s final struggle against the evil Mandark and his minions—all in a span of sixteen years and thirty-two days or less.

My idea for what I call the Magnum Opus of Dexter’s Laboratory stories (apart from the Ego Trip TV special) is for a 36-hour (or less) live action/hand drawn/CGI animation hybrid saga, to be split into twelve films to be released a year apart, in a Lord of the Rings fashion, at least.

That project shall be called Dexter’s Odyssey.

Anyway, one of my deepest desires for the Dexter’s Odyssey epic is to see Dee Dee’s Asian friend Lee Lee (being the Good Avatar of Khan Ryuu the Dragon-lord) face off against Dexter’s Rival Mandark (being the Dark Avatar of Khan Akuu the Demon-lord) in a great, titanic, epic battle of good versus evil known as ‘The Great War Between The Two Avatars’.

I really think Lee Lee, the Asian friend of Dexter’s sister Dee Dee, is gonna be the one light who can stand against the coming darkness that is Dexter’s Rival Mandark’s true act of evil!
